this is a typical trafic situation in Accra-Ghana, especially on weekdays, in the evennings between 3pm and 8pm. infact this phenomenon is adversly affecting productivity, both in public and the private sector. the situation is seriuose to the extent that comuters cannot help but leave their desks by 3pm and are expected home by 9pm,in some circumstances people may even arrive after 10pm. what is the government doing about that
